Doo Wop Diner on the boardwalk is a great experience — 1950s theme, big portions, decent prices. The Wildwood Diner on New Jersey Ave is a local favorite for big diner breakfasts. Expect a wait on summer mornings at both, but worth it.

Pro tip: book a hotel room with a kitchenette or at least a microwave/fridge and do breakfast in the room. Save the restaurant budget for dinner. You can get great produce and breakfast stuff at the local supermarkets.
