I work remotely and could go the first week of June. Is Wildwood worth it before summer crowds?

Early June is genuinely fantastic. The boardwalk just opened (Memorial Day), rates are lowest of the season, and the beach is empty. Weather is usually 68-76°F — great for walking and beach time, a bit cool for swimming but totally fine for everything else. Highly recommend.

June before schools let out is when the locals go. Hotels at 50% of July rates, no parking issues, empty beach. If you can do it — do it.
